With the coronavirus pandemic, the world is facing an important crisis. Sepro Group takes this situation very seriously.

At this stage Sepro’s main concern is to take all the necessary measures to protect the health and security of our employees, their families and those of our customers, suppliers and partners, in compliance with measures taken by Governments and of the WHO recommendations against the COVID-19.

Nevertheless, the Sepro Group teams and factory are available to meet the needs of its customers. Our factory is still open and we have taken health and safety measures to carry on manufacturing, especially to support the needs of essential industries: medical, food, transport, etc.

Delivery of your products

We have established an on-call system to maintain support services in compliance with Governments’ health and safety recommendations.

We prioritize the health and medical sectors, as well as food industry and all other strategic industries that are fighting the virus and that are supporting confinement situation. Other sectors are also supported, based on a case by case situation.

After-sales service

At this time, we favor urgent interventions.

Our service Hotline continues to be available, and the delivery of urgent spare parts is still ongoing at this time. Any delivery of parts will be subject to prior confirmation with the customer and the carrier.

Training

In France, training sessions are suspended until further notice, in compliance with the measures established by the French Government.  We will contact you as soon as possible to agree on a new date for your training.

Robot & automation production

Under these circumstances, our operations have considerably slowed down.  Please be sure we are taking all necessary measures to minimize the impact of this decision, and we are already planning an increase in manufacturing capacity as soon as the crisis will end.  We will keep you informed of any further developments.

Our teams in charge of robot and automation design remain mobilized in home-office, in compliance with the French Government’s health recommendations.

What is the situation in North America?

The interventions will be scheduled by the local Sepro teams, depending on the emergency type (in particular for vital industries) and on the means and logistics available.  For any detailed information, please contact your usual local service contact.

Training at all of our facilities are postponed for the month of April.

In Warrendale, PA we have move as many team members to home office.  In addition, we have taken special pre-cautions with a minimum staff in Warrendale to ensure operations and spare parts shipments.

The deliveries in the USA, Canada and Mexico (robots and parts) may be delayed due to the current difficulties in supply, production and international deliveries.  We will contact each impacted customer as soon as possible.

For spare parts in USA and for emergencies in Canada, we will ship from our current stock in USA, subject to prior approval by your company and by local logistics suppliers.

Deliveries and receptions are postponed.

For any information related to your current needs, please contact your usual local contact.  Please note that we cannot plan interventions outside the State of Sao Paulo at this time.  In any case, our team remain available to support you remotely.

China

Operations are gradually getting back to normal, with the exceptions of the Wuhan area and of the border with Korea.  The deliveries in China (robots and parts) may be delayed due to the current difficulties in supply, production, and international deliveries.  We will contact each impacted customer as soon as possible.

The country is closed.  Every trip is cancelled.
