5 Dual Arm

La gamme de robots 5 Dual Arm est une solution pour l’équipement spécifique des presses à injecter pour le déchargement simple des moules trois plaques.

Ces robots sont conçus sur la base d’un robot cartésien 3 axes, dotés d’un bras principal servocommandé équipé d’une rotation pneumatique (0-90°) pour la prise et la dépose de pièces et d’un bras tire-carottes secondaire 2 axes.

La commande des 5 axes en simultané permet l’optimisation des temps d’intervention dans le moule.

La programmation est simplifiée grâce au contrôle commande Visual 2.

  • Servomoteur avec la gestion simultanée des 5 axes

  • Bras vertical principal direct ou télescopique (option – sauf sur 5DA-11)
  • Bras vertical tire carotte télescopique (sauf sur 5DA-11)

Pour les applications plus complexes, Visual 2 pilote les différents équipements périphériques.

Visual 3

Le contrôle commande Visual 3 est adapté pour des applications complexes avec gestion de plusieurs périphériques et peut intégrer plus de 2 cartes 16E/16S.
