5x-35 LD_NEW_recadré

Les robots 5X Line sont conçus à partir de robots cartésiens Sepro de dernière génération, 3 axes et d’une rotation numérique Stäubli, 2 axes, rapide et précise.

Une alliance unique qui multiplie les solutions en automatisation de presse à injection.

Implantés sur la presse ces robots peuvent réaliser du déchargement de pièces et leur traitement, implantés en pied de presse ils réalisent le post-processing.

Leur programmation est rapide et efficace grace à la puissance et convivialité de la commande Visual 3.

  • Servomoteurs puissants et soft antivibratoire
  • Rotation numérique Stäubli compacte précise et agile
  • Fonction Y libre pour l’accompagnement des pièces à l’éjection du moule
  • Fonction suivi de trajectoire en standard grace à Visual 3
  • Bras vertical direct ou télescopique (sauf 5X-15)
  • Version Heavy Load (Option) sur 5X-35 pour des charges embarquées jusqu’à 20 kg

Le contrôle commande Visual 3 est adapté pour des applications complexes avec gestion de plusieurs périphériques et peut intégrer plus de 2 cartes 16E/16S.
