Service Engineer Singapore

Job Description

In close collaboration with Managing Director of Sepro Singapore, your mission is:

• Perform the installation and start-up of the robots/automations
• Programming and optimization of the robot in production
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, replacement of spare parts
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair technical issues (mechanic, electric, pneumatic)
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Make detailed reports on all work that is done

Your Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Electromechanical Engineering
• Proven minimum 5 years’ experience as Service Engineer, ideally in plastic injection molding
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident
• Good understanding of electrical-, pneumatical- and mechanical diagrams
• You are customer oriented, responsible and capable of working under pressure   
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English
• Flexible in terms of tasks and schedules
• You are capable to work with large autonomy, supported by your colleagues (worldwide) and willing to travel throughout mainly Southeast Asia

Career Advancement

• Service engineer gets promoted to positions like team leads or departmental heads
